When will my card be charged?

We process payment on the 15th of the month.

What coffees are included in your subscription?

Our subscription box features a rotation of our favorite coffees from regions around the world. All of our coffees are light to medium roast, and all of them are appropriate for espresso, drip and pour-over brewing methods.

Does the price include the cost of shipping?

Yes!

When will I receive my first bag of coffee?

If you purchase a subscription before the 15th of the month, we will mail your coffee on the roasting day closest to the 15th (the nearest Monday, Wednesday or Friday).

If you purchase a subscription after the 15th of the month, your payment will be applied toward coffee for the following month.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes! Once you’ve completed your subscription checkout, you will receive an email that will allow you to register your account. From there, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
